My bookmarks on internet explorer are moved around. Does this mean i have a virus?

i opened in club penguin my net explorer and all my bookmarks along at the top with the page are mooved around.which my partner and i didnt can.
So when i launch, it pronounces that it is really checking program files thinking that something can be wrong within drive D..do we’ve a virus

Turn away from…….and restart the pc.
