I have a virus please help me?

The idea happened just now.It moved my files to your folder known as “fxinj.exe”.as well as the folder wont open.My backround can also be black.Relating to my taskbar, but outright that folder with every one of my desktop computer icons, as well as its bleak and wont open.Therefore I cant get anything.Absolutely nothing is working! Where to start!!!
