Microsoft Security Essentials Alert (Unknown win32/Trojan)?

I turn my own laptop on.Once im while in the desktop screen after which Microsoft Security Essentials Notify pops upwards showing which i have your Unknown win32/Trojan.I shut it plus it stills would seem to open up it home.I also try and end the task but the actual task office manager wont look.Basically when i cant wide open Task boss and Online explorer.
