IE how to set up full-screen mode

Open REGEDIT expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Internet Explorer \ Main
will FullScreen string of value to YES (the current user rights is the complete control)
why open IE, the window is still the model?
