Screen display problems

I was 17, the flat screen CRT monitors, not into the game, the screen is normal, but into a full-screen games, like Star, such as Warcraft, when the screen on the side to side, some on Can not see, I would like to ask how this is going on? What is the solution here?

You tune your display resolution to see Yes yes graphics do an independent or integrated graphics for a try, if not, which is the display, is not enough to set the issue.Please refresh rate to try to reduce that.
