ATi dual-display graphics problems!

My card is the Sapphire HD3850, the display is the Samsung T220, Xiamen Overseas Chinese is the second show of the 26-inch LCD display with DVI output, TV with DVI to VGA is the output interface.
The question now is, in the Copy mode, the T220 as the resolution up to 1680×1050, so TV on the resolution obviously can not, can only display about 3 / 4 the size of the screen to see the whole film is in a bad mood.
Into expansion mode, Resolution is a non-interfering, but I want to put the film on the 2nd screen TV is full-screen view, it will immediately return to the No.1 full-screen playback screen up, on the 2nd screen role equal to that Has not!
