How to change cmyk to rgb but preserve the color/quality?

alright so when i made the flyer regarding print within photoshop so used to do it inside cmyk but when i try that will upload that will my on the net portfolio them changes in order to rgb along with drastically modifications the colors so will there be any way i could preserve the actual colors

Try transforming it to RGB around photoshop by going to Image > Mode > RGB.I think the colors should certainly preserved following saving all these changes.

Are you able to upload pdf files This may be the only way I’ll think of that would stay clear of or reduce the kind of change in your file.

Transforming to yet another colour style, saving because jpg and likely your lower quality and keep file sizing down, all affect the quality of your record.
