I see a lot of sites where to download content you must complete a survey, how do I sign up to this?

I am assuming they earn cash from the following, (why altogether different would they have them).

I have a very few sites where I would like to make secure content limited to prospects that full a customer survey.

Whenever anyone may help, it would be considerably appreciated.
