What would be a good computer program to use to make a leaflet with loads of pages?

gday im doing a leaflet on italy, but with regard to what my business is doing there’s many things i need to include so we need a course like publisher, i get mainly all the various models of programs for my computer from it being a great apple apple computer and saved everything regarding it so desire anyone has ideas.would guide a lot

a booklet with tons of pages inside or almost every other folder templates
