How do I rename a file so it can become a Windows folder?

From Should you not like your periods merely rename the particular folder.I trust you realize how to do that.

Just rename it whatever you want.If it is a problem with the extension, you may have to unhide that extensions and rename your extension instead.But your own question isn’t clear.
