Win 7 Security 2011 virus?

I acquired the flipping virus previous night.Truly had them before, and were required to take it to somewhat of a computer guy for getting it long gone.I know that you can do it should you have a second computer, but I end up with one pc, with some sort of usb commute.I can get to just about any sigh by utilizing k-proxy servers, but i need the malware gone.can any individual please list in depth directions on the way to remove the idea please along with thanks.i need my computer that they are clean.XD
