Why can’t I get rid of Norton?

at any time i have my labtop open for some time but im not really using the idea, norton downloader pops up and starts for you to download that.how does someone keep that from finding its way back.ive already been paid to my programs and un-installed it but it surely came right back.if ough have a thought of how to shed it plz support.

Head over to My Personal computer and check out search, then key in Norton and look up it from my C:folder
