What is this tab and how to get rid of it?

MY PARTNER AND I see it and a few sites, what could it be and how to get gone it Instant messaging guessing it has the mine in some.

Click that Blue Circle when using the X in the middle of it…about the top correct corner…………….

Looks similar to you’ve by accident downloaded a browser tool bar.I do not know what internet browser you utilizing so it is hard to express to you what to do to disable that; however, it will not take a lot snooping inside the options of one’s browser to search for the toolbar.

If you ever find this name in the toolbar, find this by doing a search on your desktop (start list search bar) as well as deleting this.
