Quick question; changing the time it takes for comp to lock (in Vista)?

how do you change some time of inactivity and my pc locks

We have tried searching in electrical power options as well as screensaver selections but can not find them.

1) Right select the computer help -> Personalize -> Screen Saver.
2) If you are using Vista, verify the box which claims On cv, display logon filter and pick time
3) Conserve and close up.Next time frame you move from the PC it will lock itself after the time you could have mentioned while in the screen saver options.
