Pc no os?! Won’t Boot Windows Disc?

Our Sony Vaio laptop computer had shutdown through installation associated with windows 7 and today when it turns about it states that no OS IN THIS HANDSET found…We can not use the recovery or installation dvds cause it still won’t read them (i own tried switching the bios to produce internal optical generate first) and i will not get into safe mode so it says windows didn’t start (status:0xc000000f) any kind of help can be much appreciated

If it de-activate during a great OS set up, the OS seriously isn’t complete therefore , the PC CPU need ideas of ‘nuttin’.

If it not will go through the disk, the drive may perhaps be ‘kaput’.
(That’s what I do believe the issue is while it stopped throughout an installation).

Set up new drive drive, low-priced, $20.
