Microsoft Visual Studio problem?

Good day, I use a small trivial problem Now i’m having each I test out my software.

My application is a bunch of dialog boxes that should pop upward and state messages for the user.Everytime your dialog box comes up, it seems off that corner.Because nearly all dialog bins will simply usually turn up during the filter.So mine will be the user it is fair to move each dialog for the middle everytime so as to read the idea properly.So perhaps there is a way Allow me to have my own dialog boxes pop up banner during the screen everytime, as an alternative to the corner Thanks a ton!!
