If I remove Tencent AddressBar can i still use QQ?

Hi there, I choose to keep QQ to stay in phone with spouse and children in Cina but Spybot finds Tencent Deal with Bar as spyware and also adware.So MY PARTNER AND I remove it however QQ is not used now days (obviously).After executing some research online Tencent handle Bar can be an add with adware.I would like to keep using QQ messenger but can you really just rub out the target bar factor.I have no idea what this kind of Address Icon is.In that case, how do i do this
Please absolutely no replies saying to delete all this completely.

Sorry, WE didn’t ever encounter this sort of thing.I think it could use QQ not having Tencent Correct, as WHEN I use QQ with China not having Tencent Deal with.
