I have Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate- now what?

My own university has a deal using Microsoft plus gives individuals many softwares totally free.I downloaded them all.I know how to use most of them, but visible studio includes stumped me personally.

Can somebody tell my home what I’ll do from it that would be both interesting and valuable I dont perhaps know where do you start.

It is an IDE for programming.Website hosting language (I advise C++) and also learn them.
