Those people icons tend to be GORGEOUS, and I sooo want to learn steps to make my unique.What software did anyone use Possibly there is a in depth tutorial which shows myself how I could make icons similar to these, or could you write one thing out As well, what program would you use for making icons xD

They could all be done quickly in photoshop, the most usual one when i see is a exposure, when you get photoshop just abide by this tut:P

Available your graphic, then dulpicate this layer, on the very best layer cause it to grayscale, invert this colours with the top part, set the superior layers type to overlay adding a blur (filters > Blur > guasian blur) and move your slider entirely up.
