How can the Epson 230 printer under the decoding process?

My Epson 230 printer start it off did not respond, only two boot flash a red light in the turn.As if the procedure is wrong, it was suggested that I am under the R230 program.But I do not know where the next ah?? Friends help you look good??? Thank you!!
