How can I stop my computer spamming .txt files?

I opened the.bat archive which spammed.txt documents over my personal desktop.I gone the files along with the.bat archive.But every time I turn my computer on the idea spams more of those.txt documents over my personal desktop.It tends to make my pc unresponsive and I can delete them everytime, not to say re-organizing this desktop.How to stop my personal computer from achieving this whenever MY SPOUSE AND I log on
