How can i make a formula with sources from different excell sheets?

Try to get this done.

(Name regarding cell)=(Name involving sheet)! (Name regarding cell)

Example:Cell A2 = Sheet2! D5

A different ex.Personal A2 = Sheet2! A2 + Sheet3! D5.
