Hijacked id is used to send spam?

This email username is being used by someone else to send out spam

My google account has been spoofed (someone sent emails to be able to my email list because if by my ID).WHEN I opened a trusted contact ID and
the contact screen seemed to be very slower.My ID HASN’T BEEN INFECTED!

The spoofed e-mail were despatched while the computer was OFF!! I tried one of many CNET downloads, that gave a few free reads, but THEN I’d to pay to acquire “entire package” to unclutter all ” PROBLEMS”.
