Facebook account temporarily locked?

good day friends I’ve been using our facebook account months ago but its continues to be ROAD IMPEDED
Whenever my partner and i open this account it asks for a SECURITY CHECK used to do and next it says

“Your Akun is Locked Temporarily

To be able to continue with the account healing process, you should contact the User Treatments team.

Prohibited sorry for any inconvenience.Thanks a lot for understanding our safety measures policy”

What can i do:( in the event anyone might help me
