Can i re-download Corel Painter Essentials 4 through Wacom.com?

Well my pops upgraded laptop computer to vista (i know, it’s kind of late) nevertheless that upgrade destroyed alot of my plans.Including my beloved Coler Plumber Essentials SOME u_u I difficult to see the disk anyplace and love it if more don’t want to spend $40 in downloading it off their own website.I still have the Wacom Bamboo bedding and sheets tablet along with the box it came throughout but almost nothing else.Is there any way i can redownload it somewhere (I preffer not to ever use torrents and such) Or there has to be another strategy to recover it from our computer
