Is there a free substitute program for Corel Painter?

I’m considering getting Corel Electrician (for Windows) although simply wouldn’t have the budget to buy something consequently expensive.I located free copies in the program, but after researching your sites they are available at, they are regarded as untrustworthy.Will there be an alternative program (besides Artweaver) pertaining to Corel Painter
