So far Sony Vegas is good for me…?

I must know if it can do these number of things in advance of I buy it:
Hasten and reduce the video
Capable of put photos when using the video
Can narrate through video in addition to photos
Anything else on my checklist as well as so yes…

Speed in place and decrease:yes – you include a pace envelope to some clip to the time-line plus it shows a blue collection to that you just can put points and drag them up and down to increase and slow down the video when this occurs.
