Any way to recover my documents?

We were writing one thing on the computer, as well as being silly, I didn’t save it.So another time WE turned this computer upon, it decided to restart.When i finally obtained it to first start up again, my personal documents had been gone.Any way to get them back, or recuperate them Or must just should re-write ’em
