How to remove pop ups?

The computer just simply keeps beginning pop ups.how could i stop them

Upgrade the pop-up blocker in order to med-high……….

Go to IE..click tools…inside drop decrease box select pop ” up ” blocker settings….at the end….medium higher………….

use appear blocker.
