I think someone’s hacked my router?

I believe someones hacked this router and i would like to adjust the password…And not being a tech brain isn’t actually helping should anyone possess an idea

What types of router(you forgot to list).And just about all routers grant you the option to get a password to shield from burglars.If it is an AT&T router you can find all ready safeguards for this.
