seller:”we take paypal settlement, please inform me a person’s paypal, I may sent the balance to ones paypal.Convey to me your paypal contact, so that we can send into your market through paypal, then you definitely can pay out.”

i think sending a person’s email is usually safe.but it would MUCH safer when you didn’t send it to help him, and it also was via a site.
