Avg is repeatedly prompting me to restart and will not re-install?

Our AVG (free) preserves on wondering to reactivate to update.I restart plus it asks all over again.I realized i’ll simply just reinstall.I downloaded the latest AVG plus it wouldn’t set up.

You have reduce the old version first before the installation of again…..
