How do I fix my usb after a trojan?

I opened the document that is saved in my usb memory coming from a computer with my school, and when i got residence and tried using to re-open the item, the document where it turned out saved had a little arrow about the bottom suitable corner.My anti – virus accepted it as being a trojan plus supposedly got rid of it, but the files will not likely open hence I can’t see any in the documents in them.I’m genuinely worried cause I need those microfiche! please aid, how can i fix this
