Computer virus help?!?!?!?!?!!???

I just got a virus and it won’t allow me to get on the Internet without an infection warning and a redirection to a probably fraud virus protection program ad….I need help on a way to get rid of this ridiculous virus that is causing me so much trouble!

as soon as comp turns on push f11 and hold until recovery menu run system restore then run malware bytes

1) Open up Task Manager by pressing “Control, alt, and delete”.

2) Try to find the file or name of the software that is making this warning pop up, and kill the process.(click on the process, and click “End process”).

3) By now when you try to open up internet explorer, or your browser, this warning message shouldn’t pop up anymore.

4) Google this software called “Malwarebytes” It’s a free program that get’s rid of malware.

5) Turn off your computer and reboot into safemode.(you can do this by pressing the “F8” key at startup)

6) While in safemode, open up Malwarebytes and do a FULL scan. This can take up to a couple minutes, so you have to be patient.

7) When it finishes scanning and tells you what files are infected with viruses, remove ALL of the viruses, exit out, then turn off your computer.

8) Reboot into your normal computer mode. When you log in after you turn your computer on, all the viruses and warning messages should be gone.

Good luck! 🙂

download an antvirus and antispyware program such as avast and super antispyware, but it on a usb stick and install them on the infected computer, run a scan and it should detect and remove them. Also install a firewall such as comodo, you should run your antivirus and antispyware weekly to ensure your computer remains clean/safe.good luck.

i would advise taking your computer to a professional and allowing him/her to examine it/repair it.It most time happens when you open an unknown program or go to a website that has a virus installed into the program itself.my advice to you is not open anymore unknown programs and not open unknown emails.

Oh sh?t I had this crap before and…I had to reinstall my OS because I don’t think there is an actual way to remove it.This crap makes itself part of the OS so it is impossible to remove it unless you know what you are doing
