Posts/Threads for Bulletin Boards?

Hi there friends, possibly there is any scripts or any method/ software program, to redesign my bulletin board should the members with another message board posts an article to their forum…That posts should be updated within my table…is that will possible…i attempted googling in addition to found the script “vBulletin Snowboard posts/thread stealer” but is not working to do…so remember to help us guys…

Did a person tried PhpBB it can be the greatest script for developing Programs board system
